The Product Training Manager will own the end-to-end development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our product training strategy. This role serves as a critical bridge between our product development teams and our employees, translating complex product functionality into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences. This person will ensure client organizations have the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the understanding, value, and adoption of our product solutions.
The Training Event Facilitator will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting global and regional events for SonicWall’s employees, partners, and customers. This position ensures the seamless execution of training events, contributing to the overall success of the company's enablement initiatives. Tasks include defining event scope, managing the event calendar, facilitating virtual events, developing supporting materials, tracking event performance, and providing administrative support.
